The coffee corner is where the counter takes the most abuse – a splash from the portafilter, a ring under the grinder, the drip that always follows the last pour. Lark sits under the whole station and soaks that up, then dries out again before the next morning.
Why you’ll love it
- Catches Every Drip: The absorbent top layer takes up spills around the machine instead of letting them spread across the counter.
- Stays Put: A rubber underside keeps the mat from sliding on a smooth counter when you lift a full jug off it.
- Dries Between Uses: The quick-drying surface means the mat is ready again by the next morning rather than staying damp all day.
- Fourteen Patterns: Retro tile and floral designs including Rustic Tile, Azure Patch and Floral Brown let the mat look deliberate rather than functional.

Good to know
Measure the footprint of your machine plus the space where you set cups down before choosing a size – the 16 x 23.5 in covers a machine and grinder together, while 11.8 x 15.7 in suits a single brewer or kettle. Hang the mat up to dry after a heavy spill so the absorbent layer resets fully.

Common questions
What sizes does it come in?
Two: 11.8 x 15.7 in and 16 x 23.5 in. The larger size suits a machine and grinder side by side.
Will it slide around on my counter?
The underside is a non-slip rubber base designed to keep the mat stable on smooth counters.
How many patterns can I pick from?
Fourteen retro-inspired designs, from Classic Noir and Nordic Blue to Floral Brown and Wooden Squares.
Does it dry out between uses?
Yes, the material is quick-drying, so it is ready for the next round of morning coffee after daily use.
