Kestrel Solar Security Camera

Outdoor security cameras usually mean an electrician, cable runs, or constant battery swaps. Kestrel skips all of that: a 4K dual-lens camera that powers itself with a built-in solar panel and streams live to your phone.

Why you’ll love it

• 4K dual lens with 10x zoom: two independent cameras capture wide-angle and detail views at the same time — faces, license plates, and objects stay sharp at distances up to 200 m (approx. 656 ft).
• 360° PTZ via app: the camera rotates fully and is remotely controlled through the V380 Pro app, giving you a real-time overview of your property with no blind spots.
• Self-sufficient power: the 12,000 mAh battery runs up to 60 hours without sunlight, and the 5 W solar panel keeps recharging it — no power connection, no cable routing.
• Smarter alerts: intelligent human detection distinguishes people from animals or swaying branches, which significantly reduces false alarms and sends targeted push notifications to your phone.

Common questions

Does it need a power outlet?
No. The 12,000 mAh battery runs up to 60 hours without sunlight, and the 5 W solar panel keeps recharging it — no power connection or cable routing needed.

How are recordings stored?
On a microSD card up to 128 GB (sold separately) or in the cloud.

How does it connect to my phone?
Via 4G or Wi-Fi, using the V380 Pro app — you can watch live, control the 360° pan and tilt, and receive push notifications.

Can it handle rain and snow?
Yes. The IP66 rating means it’s rain-, snow-, and dustproof, so it’s built for outdoor use.

Does the camera itself need to be in the sun?
No. The solar panel is detachable — mount the panel where it gets direct sunlight, and the camera itself can sit in the shade.
