Birds work out very quickly which patio furniture and which row of seedlings are unguarded. Ibis watches that spot for you: the motion sensor picks up movement within 26 ft and the ultrasonic deterrent responds, running on solar power so nothing needs switching on.
Why you’ll love it
- Reacts On Its Own: The motion sensor triggers automatically as soon as birds come within range, so the deterrent only runs when there is something to deter.
- Adjustable Frequencies: High-frequency ultrasonic sound can be adjusted to suit the bird types visiting your garden.
- Runs On Sunlight: The solar panel keeps the rechargeable battery topped up, so there are no batteries to swap out through the season.
- Hangs Or Stands: A built-in back hook lets you hang the unit facing the area you want protected.

Good to know
Aim the sensor across the area you want to protect rather than straight down at it, and mount it where the solar panel gets direct sun for part of the day so the battery keeps up. Birds adapt to anything predictable, so moving the unit to a different hook every few weeks tends to keep it working better.
