How do I best use this Mediterranean sponge?

To care for and cleanse your body: soak the sponge in water and let it foam for a nice experience in the shower or bath. When you are done, rinse the sponge, squeeze out the water and let it dry. That way, it will be just as soft as before the next time you shower.
