Overhead lighting flattens a room; one low lamp in the corner does the opposite. Indigo is a Bauhaus-inspired piece with an antique glass shade, throwing a soft glow across a side table or desk and holding its own as an object even when it is switched off.
Why you’ll love it
- Glass With Character: The antique glass shade gives the lamp a decorative presence, so it reads as a piece of decor rather than just a light source.
- Soft Ambient Light: It creates a warm, inviting glow suited to evenings rather than the flat overhead light of a ceiling fitting.
- Timeless Shape: Bauhaus-inspired styling keeps the form simple enough to sit in a modern room or a traditional one.
- Fits A Small Surface: At 13.8 in across it takes up a manageable footprint on a desk, sideboard or bedside table.

Good to know
At 13.8 in wide it needs a surface with a little clearance around it, so measure a crowded desk or bedside table before ordering. The lamp is at its best as a secondary light – placed off to one side of a room where the glass shade catches the light, rather than as the only source in the space.
