Measuring your own waist usually ends with a finger pinning one end of the tape and the number moving every time you breathe. Blaze locks the tape with a pin so it holds the tension for you, and a button reels it back in when you are done.
Why you’ll love it
- Measure On Your Own: The locking pin holds the tape at tension, so you get a repeatable number without a second pair of hands.
- One Button Retraction: The tape reels itself back in, so it never ends up tangled in a drawer.
- Soft Against Skin: The smooth, flexible tape sits comfortably against bare skin while you take a reading.
- Fitness Or Tailoring: The same tape covers progress tracking at the gym and taking measurements for custom clothes.

Good to know
Measurements only mean something when they are taken the same way each time, so note the exact spot you measured and repeat it at the same time of day. Keep the tape flat against the skin and snug rather than tight, and take the reading at the end of a normal breath out.
